Pluck is a visual collection app for discovering, collecting, and creating with typography found in the world around you. Your privacy is important to us.

Information Pluck Accesses

Pluck may request access to certain information on your device in order to provide its core features.

• Camera: Used when you choose to photograph typography to add to your collection.
• Photo Library: Used when you choose to import photos or select images to use in your creations.
• Location Information: Pluck may use location information associated with a photo, or location information you permit the app to access, to remember and display where collected typography was found.

Your Photos and Collections

Photos, extracted characters, edits, collection information, and related metadata used by Pluck are stored locally on your device.

Pluck does not upload your personal photo collection or your Pluck library to our servers.

Text Recognition and Image Processing

Pluck may process images to recognise text, identify characters, crop images, and provide editing features. This processing is performed using technologies available on your device.

Data Collection

Pluck does not require you to create an account.

Pluck does not sell your personal information and does not use your personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Sharing and Exporting

Pluck allows you to export images and creations. Information is shared outside Pluck only when you choose to export or share it using features provided by your device.

Data Retention and Deletion

Content stored by Pluck remains on your device unless you delete it or remove the app. You can delete collected items from within Pluck where deletion controls are provided.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Pluck changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
